Before returning goods, please familiarize yourself with the return policy. It varies depending on whether the returned goods are of suitable or unsuitable quality.

Conditions for returning goods of suitable quality

The return of goods of suitable quality is possible only in accordance with the procedure established by the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services, When Contracts are Concluded Using Communication Means", approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001. 

Stokas.lt customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement without giving a reason, by notifying the seller in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of collection or delivery of the goods to the buyer. When returning goods of suitable quality, the buyer must pay the costs of returning them to the seller.

Important! Returned goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original condition, i.e. the packaging of the goods must be clean, with original labels and packaging.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality

Goods of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods", approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.

In the event that the reason for returning the product is inadequate quality, We undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or to refund the money paid for the product.
