It depends on the results you want to achieve. Larger models are more economical both financially and in terms of time. They light up a larger area of the body at once, so you won’t need multiple sessions for a large treatment. Conversely, smaller devices may be suitable for local therapy or frequent travel.

The recommended distance is 15-50 cm. A session should last between 10 and 20 minutes. Too long sessions are less effective because after 20 minutes the cells stop receiving the light. However, the further you are from the source, the longer you will have to use it, as the intensity decreases with increasing distance. However, exact numbers cannot be given, so you need to listen to your body.

We recommend wearing safety glasses, most of our clients simply close their eyes during therapy. If you have sensitive eyes or the light is uncomfortable, we advise you to use them. For complete peace of mind, consult your doctor.
