How does different light work?

• Red light (RED) can have a positive effect on skin condition, blood circulation and maintain collagen and elastin production (important for skin firmness and elasticity).

• Near infrared light (NIR) stimulates mitochondria activity – this can increase cellular energy production and support the body's natural functions, including the formation of new cells.

• Infrared light (IR) usually has a warming effect and penetrates the deepest, but This panel DOES NOT produce IR light (above 1400 nm).
