Please read the return policy before returning the goods. They vary depending on whether the returned goods are of suitable or unsuitable quality.
Conditions for the return of goods of appropriate quality
Return of goods of appropriate quality is possible only in the order of the Minister of Economy of 2001. August 17 by order no. 258 approved in accordance with the procedure established in the Rules of Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication.
Stokas.lt customers have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of the product without giving a reason, by notifying the seller in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of collection or delivery to the buyer. When returning goods of the right quality, the cost of returning to the seller must be paid by the buyer.
Important! Returned goods must be undamaged, unused and have not lost their appearance, i.e. the packaging of the goods must be clean, with original labels and packaging.
Conditions for returning goods of incorrect quality
Goods of defective quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for Return and Exchange of Items" approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.
In the event that the reason for returning the product is of poor quality, we undertake to replace the product of the wrong quality with a product of the right quality or to return the money paid for the product at our own expense.
Products can be returned to our e-shop according to the following instructions: write an e-mail. email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, the ID of the returned product and the reason for returning the product. We will contact you and instruct you on what to do next.
Photo wallpapers, canvases, room fences are guaranteed for 24 months. Products are warranted in accordance with the following rules:
- To take advantage of the warranty, send an email. email email@example.com with a request to return the product and use the warranty.
- The wrong product is sent to the stokas.lt headquarters.
- After analyzing the defects of the product and acknowledging it, we guarantee its repair, price reduction or replacement.
- In the event that it is not possible to repair or replace the product, we will refund all money to the buyer, including the shipping fee.
